Great Plain Squares - “Season Opener”

No Lessons, No Class, Just Dancing with the club and with friends.

When: Wednesday, September 16 7-10pm

It is going to be a club dance and a party where we all get to say hello and celebrate the new season with food, friends and dancing! What does this mean?

Social Time - Yep, it's a party! A chance for us to gather as a club and reconnect with our dancing friends
No Classes, Just Dancing - but we will have class level and club level dancing along with round dancing
More Food - We'll have some food we are preparing. Please bring a sweet or savory item to share if you are so inclined.
Lots of Dancing - Come and join a square whether you have been dancing during the summer or not. For those who have not been dancing this will be a great time to get back into the groove.
Take the Pot - Instead of splitting the pot, the winner takes home the whole pot!

It is going to be great fun to gather with GPS club members and friends.

Free Square Dance Lessons

Great Plain Squares is offering free square dance lessons this coming September.

Please join us for a fun-filled evening of being shown the basics of Square dancing by Bob Butler, our Hall of Fame caller!. Square dancing is a fun and social activity and it’s good exercise for both body and mind. And it’s FREE!

Come join us and learn something new!

When: Wednesday, September 23 & 30th 6:45pm to 9:00pm
